Abstract
A welding method combining manual arc welding and gas shielded welding is used for 25CrMo and Q345D stainless steels,and the welded joints are prepared with the technologies,including J507R for backing welding,ER50-6 for filling and cosmetic welding,preheat temperature of 250 ℃,interpass temperature of 300 ℃,postweld heat treatment of 550 ℃/3 h,slow cooling and so on.The microstructure and properties in weld metal zone of 25CrMo and Q345D steels are studied by tensile test,bending test,impact test,Vickers hardness test,observation and analysis of the microstructure of welded joints and the appearance of impact fractures.The results show that the welded joints obtained by this welding technology have good welding quality,which provides a reference for materials selection and welding technology for the welding of 25CrMo and Q345D steels.关键词
