响应面法优化生物质灰处理TMP废水的工艺条件
Condition optimization for treating spent liquor from thermomechanical pulping process using biomass-based fly ash via response surface method

Abstract
Biomass-based fly ash (FA) was used to remove organic substances from spent liquor,which was produced during a thermomechanical pulping process (TMP).The mathematical models were constructed via a response surface methodology.The effects of treatment conditions such as FA dosage,treatment time and temperature on the organic substances removals of TMP spent liquor were studied.The results showed that FA had an excellent ability to remove organic substances from TMP spent liquor.The fabricated mathematical models for turbidity,COD and lignin removals of TMP spent liquor fitted experimental results well and could accurately forecast the removals with any values.Increasing of the FA dosages,treatment temperature and time could enhance the turbidity,COD and lignin removals.The optimization conditions for treatment of TMP spent liquor using FA were 60 min,25 ℃ and FA dosage of 100 g/L.Under these conditions,the turbidity,COD,contents of lignin and hemicelluloses in treated spent liquor were 27.60 NTU,0.44 g/L,0.04 and 0.01 g/L,respectively,while the turbidity,COD and lignin removals were separately 96.2%,79.3% and 95.4%.关键词
