Abstract
First, 8- hydroxyquinoline(HQ) was synthesized by the Skraup method, which involves basic skills of organic chemistry experiment such as reflux heating, steam distillation, crystallization and recrystallization. Secondly, the synthesized 8-hydroxyquinoline was used to prepare AlQ3 in which Al content was measured by back titration. Finally, infrared spectra, hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectra, UV-Vis absorption spectra and fluorescence emission spectra of 8-hydroxyquinoline as well as AlQ3 were measured. This experiment covers synthesis,characterization and performance testing, facilitating students to understand and complete a basic research process.关键词
