纳米比色法测定左氧氟沙星含量的仪器分析实验设计
Experimental Design:Colorimetric Detection of Levofloxacin Based on Silver Nanoparticles
摘要
Abstract
A sensitive method based on the sodium dodecyl sulfate- stabilized silver nanoparticles (SDS-AgNPs) for detection of levofloxacin was reported. Levofloxacin could rapidly induce the aggregation of SDS-AgNPs, thereby resulting in a yellow-to-red color change. The color change could be monitored by naked eye and UV- Vis spectrophotometry. The presented method is convenient,simple, cost- effective and suitable for comprehensive laboratory teaching to develop students' innovation and scientific research ability.关键词
