口服补液盐治疗急性直立不耐受患儿的疗效及对生活质量的影响

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of oral resuscitation salts on the quality of life in children with acute orthostatic intolerance.Methods:From February 2012 to August 2016,seventy-eight acute orthostatic intolerance children in our hospital for treatment were selected and were divided into observation group and control group with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine drug treatment,the observation group was given oral resuscitation salts therapy based on the treatment in control group,the two groups were treated for 3 months.Results:The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 97.4％ and 84.6％ respectively,there was significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).After treatment,the head-up tilt test reaction time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of family life,peer interaction,living environment,self cognition,body feeling and so on in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were all statistically (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The oral resuscitation salts in the treatment of children with acute orthostatic intolerance can improve the treatment effect,increase the positive reaction time of the head-up tilt test,which is conducive to the improvement of the quality of life of children,there is a good application value.关键词
