双黄连口服液联合康复新液治疗儿童口腔溃疡57例临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined with Kangfuxin liquid in treating children with oral ulcer.Methods:One hundred and seven children with oral ulcer were selected,all children were randomly divided into observation group (57 cases) and control group (50 cases).The observation group was treated with Shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined with Kangfuxin liquid,and the control group was only treated with Kangfuxin liquid.Both groups were given 5 days continuous treatment.The clinical efficacy,the pain index,the healing time of the ulcer surface and the recurrence rate of the cured children in 3 months of the two groups were compared.Results:The cure rate of the observation group was 89.47％,which was 64.00％ in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.01).But the total effective rate in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group (100％ vs 98.00％) (P＞0.05).The pain indexes of the two groups had statistically significant difference compared with those before treatment (P＜ 0.01).After treatment,the pain index of the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The healing time of the ulcer surface in the children of the observation group was shorter compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was a significant difference in the recurrence rate (5.88％ vs 28.13％) in the two groups (P＜0.01).Conclusion:Shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined with Kangfuxin liquid in treating children with oral ulcer has obvious therapeutic effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate possible.关键词
