Clinical Pharmacist Apply Roussel Uclaf Causality Assessment Method to Join in a Case of Children Severe Liver Injury Caused By Aspirin-DL-Lysine

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the role of clinical pharmacists in the cause analysis and treatment of drug-induced liver injury.Methods:Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment process of severe drug-induced liver injury.The causal relationship of liver damage and the aspirin-DL-lysine was evaluated by the amount of Roussel Uclaf causality assessment method scale.According to the related literature,the individualized drug delivery scheme was formulated by clinical pharmacists and clinicists.Results:The children's biochemical indexes of liver function decreased obviously,and the condition of the disease was controlled after clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment.Conclusion:Individualized pharmaceutical care for patients provided by clinical pharmacists is conducive to the promotion of safe and rational clinical medication.关键词
