Abstract
Objective:To investigate the short-term effect of intestinal stent implantation combined with laparoscopic radical re-section and primary anastomosis for colon cancer. Methods:Retrospectively,clinical data of 27 elderly patients with acute obstruction of left colon cancer from Jun. 2013 to May 2016 were investigated. Routine abdomen enhanced CT examination was performed to exclude simultaneous distant metastasis of colon cancer. Gastrointestinal decompression was routinely performed, and blood electrolytic disor-ders,anemia and hypoproteinemia were corrected. The control group (16 cases):radical emergency resection of left colon cancer was performed within 24-48 h,depending on the situation of surgery,proximal colostomy or colonic anastomosis was selectively performed. The stent group (11 cases):after admission,the super fine endoscopic guided intestinal stent was inserted to remove the obstruction, laparoscopic-assisted left colectomy and primary colonic anastomosis was performed after obstruction status and general condition were improved. Results:There was no death,proximal colostomy or postoperative anastomotic fistula in the stent group. The number of harves-ted lymph node,the first hospital stay and the first hospitalization expenses were not statistically different between the two groups (P>0. 05). In the stent group,the duration of the operation,the amount of bleeding during the operation and the rate of preventive stoma were less than those in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions:The short-term effect of endoscopic intestinal stent combined with laparo-scopic radical resection for acute obstructive left colon cancer is significant.关键词
