Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of clinical application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy ( LC) combined with lap-aroscopic appendectomy ( LA) in primary hospital. Methods:Clinical data of 24 patients during Oct. 2013 and Oct. 2015 were retro-spectively analyzed. Surgery method was traditional laparoscopic operation. The gallbladder was firstly cut after identifying the triangle structure,and an additional Trocar was used for appendectomy. Resected specimens were taken out together at last,the choice of drain-age tube was determined according to the situation of inflammation,exudate and bleeding. Results:All the patients were successfully treated. Operative time was from 60 to 120 min with an average of (87. 4±23. 5) min,operative blood loss was 10 to 30 ml with an aver-age of (18. 3±9. 6) ml. Early ambulation was encouraged,exhaust time was from 2 to 4 d with an average of (3. 3±1. 4) d,hospital stay was from 5 to 9 d with an average of (6. 2±2. 1) d. No severe surgery related complication was found. Conclusions:In the condi-tion of the mastery of LC and LA,combined surgery is safe and effective in primary hospital without increased risk of postoperative com-plications.关键词
