Impact of Salinization Triethanolamine on Grinding Efficiency of Cement and Properties
摘要
Abstract
In order to reduce the cost of using triethanolamine , so we use acetic acid salinize triethanolamine compounding the grinding aids of acetic acid triethanolamine salt .It was used for cement grinding experiment in the ball mill .Under the different dosages , the changes of cement powder′s sieve residue , specific surface area , sieve residue , size distribution , the compressive strength , pore size distribution and SEM of the cement pastes were tested .Changes had a significant impact on grinding effects.According to the results, when the amount of YGA is 0.03%, the sieve residue of 45 μm lowered by 6.2%.Specific surface area increased by 8 m2/kg,the particle size distribution of cement which ranges from 3 to 32μm increased 2 .5%.Micro-pore content of cement pastes increased , the each age compressive strength of the cement pastes have improved .关键词
