婴儿全身运动质量评估的重测信度研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To examine the intra-observer reliability of assessment of general movements (GMs ) in infants .Methods Videos of GMs were filmed for 33 neonates/infants receiving health examination and follow up assessment of neurodevelopment in children health care clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi 'an Jiaotong University from December 2015 to November 2016 . Altogether 35 neonatal/infantal GMs videos were filmed ,which were assessed 2 times at an interval of 3 months by one assessor with European GMs Trust qualification .Percentage agreement and κappa coefficient of results of two assessments were compared . Results Average gestational week of 33 neonates/infants was 38 + 3 ± 2 + 5 ,and average birth weight was 2960 ± 633 .1g .Average postmenstrual age (PMA) of neonates /infants at the time when video was filmed was 48 + 5 ± 6 + 1 week .There were 4 cases whose results of assessments of two times were not accordant in all GMs assessments .Intra-observer agreement of preterm /writhing period was 88 .23％ (66 .77％ -100％ ) and that of fidgety period was 88 .89％ in 6 types of GMs ,and agreement rate of assessments of all GMs video was 88 .57％ .Intra-observer κappa coefficient was 0 .6759 (95％ CI :0 .3823-0 .9696) .Conclusion GMs assessment has good stability ,which is worthy of popularization and application in medical service institutions .关键词
