摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the perioperative management of obstetric and interventional mosaic treatment mode for pernicious placenta previa .Methods Twenty-eight pregnant women with pernicious placenta previa were selected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from January 2014 to December 2016 ,and they were given obstetric mode and interventional mosaic treatment mode .After surgery they were randomly divided into special management experimental group (n = 14 ) and normal management control group (n = 14) .Two groups were compared in the aspects of SAS ,SDS ,incidence of complications , lying time ,length of hospital stay ,and satisfactory degree on nursing services .Results The SDS and SAS scores at discharge in experimental group were lower than those in control group (t value was 11 .533 and 8 .550 ,respectively ,both P < 0 .001) .The lying time and length of hospital stay in experimental group were shorter than those in control group (t value was 3 .472 and 2 .538 , respectively ,both P < 0 .05) ,while the satisfaction degree was higher (Z = 2 .332 ,P < 0 .01) .Conclusion The special management can relieve the anxiety and depression in patients with pernicious placenta previa ,reduce the lying time and length of hospital stay , and improve patients' satisfaction degree .It is worthy of clinical promotion .关键词
