Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the association between cervical cancer of different pathological type and serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen (Scc-Ag ) .Methods Ninety patients with cervical cancer admitted in obstetrics and gynecology department of Chongqing Fuling District Central Hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected and divided into cervical squamous carcinoma group (n = 45) ,cervical adenosquamous carcinoma group (n = 26) ,small cell cervical carcinoma group (n =10) and cervical adenocarcinoma group (n = 9) based on different pathological types .Serum Scc-Ag in four groups was detected using immune luminescence sandwich method .Results Proportion of patients with serum Scc-Ag concentration < 1 .5ng/mL in small cell cervical carcinoma group and cervical adenosquamous carcinoma group was higher than that in cervical squamous carcinoma group and cervical adenocarcinoma group ,and proportion of patients with serum Scc-Ag concentration ≥ 1 .5ng/mL in cervical squamous carcinoma group and cervical adenocarcinoma group was higher than that in small cell cervical carcinoma group and cervical adenosquamous carcinoma group ,and all differences were statistically significant (χ2 value ranged 6 .39 - 7 .12 ,all P <0 .05) .Serum Scc-Ag levels in four groups after treatment were lower than thsoe before treatment ,and reduction of serum Scc-Ag in cervical squamous carcinoma group after treatment was significantly greater than that in the other three groups , and all differences were statistically significant (t value ranged 2 .25 - 4 .56 ,all P < 0 .05) .Conclusion There is a correlation between Scc-Ag and pathological type of cervical cancer .Serum Scc-Ag can be used as index for cerical cancer early diagnosis and treatment effectiveness evaluation ,especially for cervical squamous carcinoma .关键词
