三叉晶界迁移的晶体相场研究
Phase Field Crystal Study of Triple Junction Migration
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The effects of triple junction on grain boundary migration was studied.[Methods]The phase field crystal (PFC)method was used to simulate the migration process of triple junction in a tricrystal system containing a loop grain crystal.[Results]The results showed that the loop grain was constantly shrinking during evolution,and the triple junction had a self-similar property.The migration rate of triple junction was proportional to the grain boundary curvature.[Conclusion]The triple junction had a drag effect on the grain boundary, and the smaller the grain boundary curvature,the more remarkable the drag effect.关键词
