八珍汤雾化吸入辅助治疗恶性肿瘤临床研究
Clinical Study of Adjuvant Therapy of Bazhen Decoction Nebulized Inhalation for Patients with Malignant Tumors

Abstract
Objective:To observe effect of adjuvant therapy of Bazhen decoction nebulized inhalation for the radiation and chemotherapy patients with malignant tumors and the influence of immune function.Method:80 cases with advanced malignant tumors were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.All cases were treated with routinal radiotherapy or chemotherapy.In addition,treatment group was nebulized inhalation of Bazhen decoction.Life quality,toxic reaction,and efficacy were compared between two groups.Serum levels of CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 + was were detected in two groups.Results:Improvement rate of treatment group was 50.0％,which was remarkably higher than control group 22.5％ (P ＜ 0.05).The effective rate of treatment group was 85.0％,which was evidently higher than control group 60.0％ (P ＜ 0.05).Ⅲ-Ⅳ toxic reaction of treatment group was 4 cases,which obviously lower than control group 11 cases (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,serum levels of CD3 + and CD4 + were remarkably higher,while C D3 + was lower,than control group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:Efficacy of Bazhen decoction nebulized inhalation for patients with radio chemotherapy is obvious,and up-regulate immune function.关键词
