中西医结合治疗对急性加重期重症慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者CRP和T细胞亚群的影响
Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on CRP and T Lymphocyte Subsets in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the inflammatory mechanism of respiratory failure patients with acute exacerbating severe chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases by the combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:104 respiratory failure patients with acute exacerbating severe chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly.The control group was given Western medicine's standard treatment;and the observation group was treated with TCM's dialectical treatment additionally.Both groups took 14 days as a treatment course.Observed C-reactive protein (CRP) and T cell subsets before treatment,and on the 4th,7th and 14th day after treatment.Results:Compared with control group,observation group's CRP drops (P ＜ 0.05),CD4 + showed no obvious difference (P ＞ 0.05),CD8 + showed no obvious difference (P ＞0.05),CD4 +/CD8 + with no obvious difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine for acute exacerbating severe chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases may be related to CRP drop and improvement of inflammatory reactions.关键词
