补肺止咳膏联合舒利迭治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床研究
Clinical Study of Bufei Zhike Ointment Combined with Seretide in the Treatment of Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Bufei Zhike ointment on the quality of life in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods:120 cases of patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 60 cases.The observation group was given Bufei Zhike ointment combined with Seretide,and the control group was given Seretide treatment,and 180 d as a course of treatment.The main symptom scores,pulmonary function and 6 minute walk test (6MWT) were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the main symptoms (cough,expectoration,shortness of breath,wheezing) scores of the observation group were significantly decreased (P ＜ 0.05);comparison between the two groups after treatment,above symptom scores in the observation group were lower than the control group (P ＜0.05).Lung function forced expiratory volume in one second of the observation group accounting for forced vital capacity(FVC) percentage (FEV1/FVC％) increased significantly(P ＜ 0.05),FEV1/FVC％ of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,6MWT score in the observation group lower than before treatment(P ＜ 0.05),lower than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Bufei Zhike ointment combined with Seretide can improve the quality of life in patients with stable COPD.关键词
