芪贞降糖颗粒治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变非增殖期肝肾阴虚证临床研究
Clinical Research on Qizhen Jiangtang Granules in the Treatment of Syndrome of Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney of Patients with Non Proliferative Phase of Diabetic Retinopathy

Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of Qizhen Jiangtang granules in the treatment of syndrome of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney of patients with non proliferative phase of diabetic retinopathy.Methods:80 cases of non proliferative phase of diabetic retinopathy patients with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney were selected as the research subjects,who were divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the study group were added with of Qizhen Qizhen Jiangtang granules based on the control group.The blood glucose,visual acuity,fundus,fundus fluorescein angiography were detected after treatment,then the curative effects of TCM syndrome were analyzed,as well as the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,the blood glucose levels,fundus sacores and fundus fluorescein angiography scores in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels of visual acuity were significantly higher(P ＜ 0.05),of which the study group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The effective rate of the study group was 90.00％,which was 67.50％ in the control group,and the Chinese medicine symptom treatment effective rate in the study group was 92.50％,which was 62.50％ in the control group,so there were significant differences between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 15.00％,which was 22.50％ in the control group,between which there was no obvious difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Qizhen Jiangtang granules in the treatment of syndrome of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney of patients with non proliferative phase of diabetic retinopathy is remarkable,which can significantly reduce blood glucose,fundus integral,fundus fluorescein angiography score,improve the vision of patients.关键词
