袁海波教授辨治缓慢性心律失常经验
Experience Study of Professor Yuan Haibo in Treating Slow Arrhythmia
摘要
Abstract
Professor Yuan Haibo points out that the basic pathogenesis of slow arrhythmia has heart-Yang deficiency,spleen-Yang deficiency and kidney-Yang deficiency.Then,causes pathological products which includes Qi stagnation,dampness resistance,blood stasis,and a series of pathogenesis changes.In clinical practice,there are three syndrome types referring to heart-spleen Yang deficiency,heart-kidney Yang deficiency and Yang deficiency in heart,spleen and kidney.It has basic treatment which are spleen-Yang warming heart-Yang raising and kidney-Yang cultivating.Spleen-Yang warming is in the top of treatment,of course,the other two are also important,meanwhile,it is valuable for treatment to nourish Yin,supplement Qi,regulate Qi and eliminate Yin pathogens.Professor Yuan Haibo applies YUAN-clan Suxinxing Prescription to slow arrhythmia and add or subtract herbs in the prescription according to the variation on syndrome.In addition,Professor Yuan has the idea that is " medical advice,is actually an intangible drug" means it is also significant to take care outside of the medication in the treatment of heart disease.关键词
