Discussion the Treatment of Reflux Laryngitis From Zang-fu Viscera Based on the Theory of Qi Ascending and Descending
摘要
Abstract
The pathological key of reflux laryngitis is disturbance in ascending and descending of the functional activities of Qi.Mainly manifested as:a.Invasion of exogenous pathogenic factor leads to lung disharmony;b.dys-splenism leads to the irregular flow of middle-Jiao;c.Stagnation of liver Qi attacking spleen.The basic principles for the treatment of reflux pharyngolaryngitis are regulating Qi movement,harmonizing stomach for descending adverse Qi,at the same time accompanied by ventilating lung Qi,invigorating the spleen Qi,dispersing stagnated liver Qi to regulate Qi of the whole body and improve the patient's condition.关键词
