Abstract

Objective:To study the medication laws of TCM prescription of Pingle Village Guo's bone setting and to provide a basis for perfecting the theoretical system of Pingle Village Guo's bone setting.Methods:Investigate the 2 651 TCM prescriptions of the whole year 2016,and analyzed according to number of herbal medicines,use frequency,medicine categorization,incompatibility,single dosage,etc.Results:The majority of the 2 651 prescriptions had 10-15 herbal medicines,amounting to 86.68%;redundancy and miscellany of the herbal medicines,poor pertinence,as well as repeated use of homogeneous medicines were avoid.Most of the medicines played the role of tonifying (23.61%),eliminating wind damp (18.06%),activating blood and removing stasis (15.28%).Among the valid statistics of 2 651 prescriptions,individual herbal medicines used in prescriptions ranking the top 72 in terms of use frequency were Gancao (Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Fisch),Huangqi (Astragalus Mongholicus),Danshen (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhiae),Danggui (Angelica Sinensis),Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix),Yiyiren (Coix Seed),Xiangfu (Cyperus Rotundus L.),Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort),Baishao (Paeonia Tacti Lora Pall.),Niuxi (Root of Bidentate Achyranthes),etc.There was no incompatibility or overdose.Conclusion:Pingle Village Guo's bone setting has its own emphasis in clinical medication,and meanwhile reflects the "break,activate,supplement" three-phase medication principle.
