补阳还五汤治疗中风后遗症气虚血瘀证临床研究
Clinical Study on Buyang Huanwu Tang in the Treatment of Sequela of Apoplexy with Syndrome of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Buyang Huanwu Tang in the treatment of sequela of apoplexy with syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given ginkgo capsule and aspirin,and the treatment group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Tang the composition:danggui (Angelica sinensis) 15 g,Guangsanqi (Radix Notoginseng) 2 g,Taoren (Peach Seed) 15 g,Honghua (Carthamus Tinctorius) 10 g,Zhihuangqi (Radix Astragali preparata) 60-150 g,Chuanxiong (Ligusticum wallichii) 8 g,Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra) 15 g,Dilong(Earthworm) 8 g,1 dose daily.Observed clinical efficacy,neurological deficit scores,blood rheology changes and adverse reaction incidence of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the efficiency of treatment group was 94.28％,the control group was 74.29％,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05);neural function defect score and blood rheology in the treatment group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);compared two groups of patients with adverse reactions,The difference was not statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse effect between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Tang is effective and safe in the treatment of apoplectic sequelae of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.It has good therapeutic effect of invigorating Qi and removing blood stasis,dredging collaterals and activating blood circulation.关键词
