针刀治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱炎临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the long-term effect of acupotomy in treating tendinitis of long head of biceps brachii.Methods:Eighty-six patients with tendinitis of long head of biceps brachii were randomly divided into 2 groups (each =43):the observation group treated with acupotomy and the control group treated with local injection.Primary outcomes included visual analogue scales (VAS),the muscle strength and the Constant-Murley.Results:After treatment (1 st month),the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased (P ＜ 0.01),the biceps strength and Constant-Murley higher(P ＜ 0.01).At the 3rd month and the 6th month,compared to control group,the biceps strength and Constant-Murley obviously increased,and the VAS points lowered (P ＜0.05 or (P ＜ 0.01)).Conclusion:Both treatment of acupotomy and Local injection on long head of biceps brachii showed positive and beneficial effects,but long-term effect of acupotomy was obviously better.关键词
