止遗方联合艾灸治疗下焦虚寒型小儿遗尿症临床研究
Clinical Effect of Preventing Enuresis Prescription Combined With Moxibustion on Children with Nocturnal Enuresis of Lower Jiao Deficient Cold Type

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Preventing Enuresis prescription combined with moxibustion on children with nocturnal enuresis(NE) of lower Jiao deficient cold type.Methods:80 NE children were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with preventing Enuresis prescription oralty twice per day,combining with moxibustion Guanyuan (RN4),Zhongji (RN3),Zusanli (ST36),Sanyinjiao (SP6) and so on once per day.The control group were treated with Desmopressin acetate tablets (Minirin) orally before sleeping,0.2 mg once,as well as Lai ammonia inositol vitamin B12 oral liquid,10 mL once,twice per day.Continuous treatment of 1 month and followed up for 6 months.The clinical efficiency,serum vitamin B12 (VitB12) and antidiuretic hormone (ADH) levels was compared as well as adverse reactions during treatment and recurrence after treatment.Results:The effective rate of observation group was higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Within the two groups there are significant differences concerned as serum VitB12 level(P ＜0.05),but no significant differences between the two groups(P ＞ 0.05).Serum ADH level in the control group is higher than the control group after treatment group and there is statistically significance(P ＜ 0.05).The number of adverse reactions and recurrence in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:The efficacy of Preventing Enuresis prescription combined with moxibustion for treating NE is accurate,with low recurrence and adverse reactions.关键词
