Abstract
In this article, the laws and regulations, the standards and guidelines for safety management and emergency response of the oil and gas pipelines in the U.S.A. and the responsibilities of the pipelines and accident management administrations are described. With regard to the problems existing in the pipeline safety protection in China, prevention measures and suggestions are put forward accordingly.关键词
