Abstract
In this paper, on the basis of building up an eco-city comprehensive evaluation index system, the eco-city development thtrend in Jinan City during the 12 Five-year Plan period was evaluated and analyzed. The results indicated that from 2011 to 2015, the comprehensive level of eco-city in Jinan City showed a trend of steady development in a "healthy" state. However, the indicators affecting the development of ecological city changed at different levels. The ecological economy showed a trend of rapid development, while the ecological society showed a trend of slow development. The ecological environment changed in volatility and became the main factor affecting the eco-city promotion in the whole city. According to the evaluation results, the problems of eco-city development were explored and countermeasures and suggestions in view of the weak link were put forward so as to provide important reference for promoting the local ecological civilization construction and system reform and enhancing the level of eco-city development.关键词
