肩关节被动运动对起搏器术后肩周炎的影响研究
Study on effect of passive shoulder movement on scapulohumeral periarthritis for patients after pacemaker implantation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of passive shoulder movement on scapulohumeral periarthritis for patients af-ter pacemaker implantation .Method Divide 160 patients into observation group and control group equally by random num-ber table .Except 4 cases of pacemaker implantation failure ,77 cases are chosen in observation group and 79 cases are cho-sen in control group finally .Guide patients in two groups by shoulder joint movement method 24h after operation .Patients in control group are encouraged to make independent movement and patients in observation group receive passive movement assisted by nurses .Compare function of shoulder joint 7d and 6 months after operation between two groups and assess inci-dence of scapulohumeral periarthritis .Result Score on function of shoulder joint 7d after operation are (86 .40 ± 5 .53) for observation group and (82 .84 ± 7 .08) for control group ,P< 0 .05 .Score on function of shoulder joint 6 months after opera-tion are (97 .30 ± 2 .64) for observation group and (92 .80 ± 6 .14) for control group , P < 0 .05 .3 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis are found in observation group (3 .8％ ) and 12 cases are found in control group (15 .6％ ) ,x2 = 6 .2333 ,P <0 .05 . Conclusion Passive shoulder movement 1 ～ 7d after operation can reduce the incidence of scapulohumeral periarthritis .关键词
