Clinical Application of Aconite Decoction
摘要
Abstract
Aconite Decoction has good therapeutic effects on Bi syndrome of cold and dampness with main symptoms of limb and meridian pain.The herbs in Aconite Decoction have the effects of warming meridians and dispersing cold,removing dampness and checking pain.The three classic herbal pairs of Chuanwu (Radix Aconiti) and Baishao (Radix Paeoniae Alba),Shaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Alba) and Zhigancao (Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Praeparata),and Chuanwu (Radix Aconiti)) and Mahuang (Herba Ephedrae) can not only enhance the anti-inflammatory and pain-checking effect but also reduce the toxicity of Aconite,thus making Aconite Decoction better exerting its effects and expanding the application of it in clinic.Current researches on Aconite Decoction have some limits,and more deeper and comprehensive researches should be conducted to perfect the system of the syndrome of Aconite Decoction.关键词
