Analysis of Jiang Chunhua's Application of Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction in Proven Cases

Abstract
Four proven cases about Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction in the article of "Three Essaies:My Application of Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction" published on the Journal of Shandong College of Chinese Medicine (1986,Vol 3) were selected to analyze from the four aspects of classics argumentation,commentaries,prescription analysis and notes.It is discovered that Guizhi Longgu Muti Decoction and its related formulas treat the leakage of such essential substances as essence,qi and blood,so this formula has the function of astringing essence qi.It is concluded that there are several key points in the application of Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction:essence and blood deficiency in consumptive disease,obvious sweating,palpitation and diuresis.In the application of this formula,Doctor Jiang follows the principle of "the occurrence of only one syndrome is enough for the application of this formula".关键词
