浅析《圣济总录》论治脾系疾病
Briefly Analysis on the Treatment of the Spleen System Disease in Comprehensive Recording of Divine Assistance

Abstract
In Comprehensive Recording of Divine Assistance,the method of viscera and meridians were applied in the spleen dan,spleen impairment due to overstrain,spleen accumulation,swill diarrhea,moist diarrhea,watery diarrhea and edema,which are caused by dysfunction of the spleen and pertain to spleen disorder.The symptoms of oral ulcer,tongue stiffness impeding speech,swelling masses on the lips,wind-stroke in the spleen and obstructed throat are also pertain to the spleen because the clinical manifestations on the limbs and organs along the spleen meridian of foot Taiyin.Based on different etiology and pathogenesis,the natures of cold,heat,deficiency and excess were further determined,concrete therapeutic methods and prescriptions were decided,which is accorded with the rule of visceral syndrome differentiation and treatment.Compared with the location method of spleen diseases in current teaching material of Chinese Internal Medicine,the location rule of the syndrome differentiation and treatment of spleen diseases in Comprehensive Recording of Divine Assistance is obviously different.In Comprehensive Recording of Divine Assistance,the location of spleen diseases is based on the viscera and meridians,including the digestive system diseases in modern medicine,which has great guiding significance for the theoretical study of visceral syndrome differentiation and treatment of spleen disease in TCM and the clinical treatment of various modem diseases from the aspect of the spleen.关键词
