慢性萎缩性胃炎的中医证治
Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Treated by Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Due to different causes,course of disease and characteristics of pathogenesis,atrophic gastritis shoud be conducted sydnrome differentiation and treatment in different stages.The basic pathogenesis of deficient root and excess superficiality and intermingling of deficiency and excess in different stages is the same in different stages.However,in the pathogenic period,it mainly manifests as excess syndrome with qi stagnation,damp heat and internal heat or syndrome of stomach yin deficiency and deficient heat;in the stable stage,it mainly manifests as deficiency syndrome with deficiency of spleen yang and excess superficiality of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis or insufficiency of stomach yin;in the transformation between pathogenic period and stable stage,the dominance of deficiency or excess varies according to the factors of external pathogens,diet and emotions.The disease location of atrophic gastritis is mainly in the spleen,but also related to the liver,stomach and kidney.Therefore in the treatment,the chief method is to warming spleen yang.Treated by stages were performed for simultaneous consideration of the root and the superficiality.During treatment,emotional and dietary regualtion should also be valued.The treatment of atrophic gastritis takes long time,which needs constant treatment of intergrative Chinese and western medicine.关键词
