固肠胶囊联合匹维溴铵治疗老年腹泻型肠易激综合征临床观察
Clinical Observation of Senile Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treated with Intestine-Consolidating Capsule Combined with Pinaverium Bromide

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Intestine-Consolidating Capsule combined with Pinaverium Bromide on senile diarrhea-predomiuant irritable bowel syndrome (D-IBS).Methods:Totally 58 patients with senile D-IBS treated in this hospital between December 2013 and December 2015 were randomized into research group and control group,29 cases in each group.There was 1 case in research group and 2 cases in control group withdrew.Control group were given Pinaverium Bromide while research group were given Intestine-Consolidating Capsule combined with Pinaverium Bromide for the treatment.The frequency of defecation,score of Bristol,changes of the scores of gastrointestinal symptoms and IBS-QOL were observed.And the clincal effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of defecation frequency,Bristol and IBS-QOL declined in both groups;research group were superior to control group (P ＜ 0.05).The effective rate was 96.43％ in research group and 74.08％ in control group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of BS-QOL in research group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:Intestine-Consolidating Capsule combined with Pinaverium Bromide has significant therapeutic effects on senile D-IBS,which can improve the clinial symptoms,relieve the bad mood and enhance quality of life of the patients.关键词
