益肺健脾方联合布地奈德雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能、T淋巴细胞及血流动力学的影响
Influence of Lung-Benefiting and Spleen-Strengthening Prescription Combined with Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation on the Lung Function, T lymphocyte and Hemodynamics in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of Lung-Benefiting and Spleen-Strengthening Prescription combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation on the lung function,T lymphocyte and hemodynamics in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods:Totally 116 patients with COPD treated in this hospital between December 2015 and January 2017 were randomized into observation group and control group,58 cases in each group.Control group were given Budesonide aerosol inhalation while observation group were added with Lung-Benefiting and Spleen-Strengthening Prescription.The TCM symptom scores,clinical effects,FEV1,Raw,VC,MVV,level of T lymphocyte and hemodynamics in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the TCM symptom scores in observation group were markedly lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The effective rate was 91.38％ in observation group and 75.86％;observation group were superior to control group (P ＜0.05).The levels of FEV1,Raw,VC,MVV,CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 + and CD4 +/CD8 + in observation group were superior to those in control group (P ＜0.05).The whole blood viscosity (high and low shearing),fibrinogen and plasma viscosity in observation group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Lung-Benefiting and Spleen-Strengthening Prescription combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation can effectively improve the lung function and level of T lymphocyte in patients with COPD and thus enhance the clinical effects.关键词
