Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of Asending-Descending Powder combined with Amitriptyline and Flupenthixol Melitracen on chronic daily headache complicated with anxiety and depression.Methods:Totally 100 patients with chronic daily headache complicated with anxiety and depression differentiated as syndrome of fire heat stagnation and treated in this hospital between January 2016 and January 2017 were randomized into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group.Treatment group were given Asending-Descending Powder Combined withAmitriptyline and Flupenthixol Melitracen while control group were given Amitriptyline and Flupenthixol Melitracen for the treatment,9 weeks for the treatment in both groups.Results:The clinical control rate was 12.0％ in control group and 28.0％ in treatment group;the effective rate was 88.0％ in control group and 96.0％ in treatment group.The effective rate and clinical control rate in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.01).The scores of HAMA in the 3rd week,6th week and 9th week and the score of HAMD in both groups after treatment had significant difference from those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).The difference of scores of HAMA and HAMD between two group in the 6th week and 9th week had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).The occurrence frequency,duration and pain degree after 3 weeks,6 weeks and 9 weeks of treatment were significantly different from those before treatment in both groups (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).After 3 weeks of treatment,the duration of pain in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P ＜ 0.05);the headache occurrence rate and pain degree between two groups had no statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05).After 6 weeks and 9 weeks of treatment,the occurrence frequency,duration and degree of headache in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).After 3 weeks,6 weeks and 9 weeks of treatment,the adverse reactions in treatment group were less than those in contorl group (P ＜ 0.01);the score of TESS in treatment group was superior to that in contorl group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Asending-Descending Powder can effectively enhance the clinical effects and reduce the adverse reactions of Amitriptyline and Flupenthixol Melitracen in the treatment of chronic daily headache complicated with anxiety and depression.关键词
