补肾消癥汤源头治疗肾虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症临床研究
Clinical Research on Endometriosis of Syndrome of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Treated with Kidney-Tonifying and Mass-Resolving Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Kidney-Tonifyiug and Mass-Resolving Decoction on endometriosis of syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.The expression level of CD146 and MVD are the main observation indicators to explore its mechanism.Methods:Totally 60 patients with endometriosis of syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis treated in Liaocheng Hospital of Chinese Medicine between March 2014 and March 2016 were randomized into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Treatment group were given Kidney-Tonifying and Mass-Resolving Decoction while control group were given Menstruation-Regulating and Pregnancy-Promoting Pill and Mass-Dispersingand Pain-Checking Capsules for the treatment,3 menstrual periods as a treatment course and 3 months of follow up for both groups.The clinical effects,efficacy of TCM syndromes,improvement of the symptom scores,the expression level of CD146 and MVD were observed.Results:The effective rate was 93.33％ in treatment group and 66.67％ in control group;treatment group were superior to control group.The TCM symptom scores,size of cervical mass,CA125 in the peripheral serum,positive rate of the expression of CD146 and number of MVD in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜0.01).Conclusion:Kidney-Tonifying and Mass-Resolving Decoction has definite therapeutic effects on endometriosis of syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.The mechanism is associated with the improvement of endometrium feature,reduction of the invasion and adhesion abilityof the endometrial cells as well as the angiogenesis to inhibit the formation of the focus of endometriosis.关键词
