穴位埋线治疗心脾两虚型失眠临床研究
Clinical Research on Insomnia Due to Heart and Spleen Deficiency Treated by Acupoint Catgut Implantation

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of acupoint catgut implantation on insomnia due to heart and spleen deficiency.Methods:Totally 60 patients with insomnia due to heart and spleen deficiency treated in this hospital between January 2015 and March 2016 were randomized into catgut implantation group and drug group,30 cases in each group.Drug group were given Spleen-Restoring Pill combined with Jujube Mind-Calming Capsules while catgut implantation group were given catgut implantation treatment.Results:The TCM signs and scores of PSQI in each period in both groups after treatment had significant difference compared with those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).The TCM signs and scores of PSQI in catgut implantation group were superior to those in drug group (P ＜ 0.05).The differences in sleeping quality,time of falling asleep,sleeping time and daytime functional disorder between the two groups had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05),but the difference in sleeping efficiency and sleep disorder between the two groups had no statistical significance (P ＞ O.05).Conclusion:Acupoint catgut implantation has significant therapeutic effects on insomnia due to heart and spleen c deficiency,and the effect is better than that of drugs.关键词
