The Origin, Current Situation and Resource Protection of Zanghonghua (Stigma Croci)

Abstract
Zanghonghua (Stigma Croci) is a famous and precious Chinese herbs in China,which has very strong pharmacological action,According to modem researches,the effective constituents are multiple with anfi-tumor,anti-hyporlipidemia and anti-oxidant effects.Due to long-term insufficiency recognition of the rational utilization of Chinese medicine sources,various herbs have got damage to different degrees.Some medicinal animals and plant populations have reduced and even face extinction.High-quality germplasm resources are facing the danger of disappearance.In recent years,the market requirement of Zanghonghua (Stigma Croci) increases rapidly but the production decreases year by year.To understand the origin and resource state will benefit the source protection and sustainable utilization.In order to solve the resource shortage,Chinese scientific researchers have done many works in the base construction,in-vitro rapid propagation and development of substitutes with similar medical value of Zanghonghua (Stigma Croci).They have made certain achievement which could provide techniques and methods for the resource protection of Zanghonghua (Stigma Croci).关键词
