大黄用于治疗糖尿病胰岛素抵抗综述
Review of Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei) for the Treatment of Diabetic Insulin Resistance
摘要
Abstract
Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei) is bitter in taste and cold in nature,with meridian tropism of the stomach meridian and large intestine meridian and effects of purging the stagnation,eliminating toxicity,reducing carbuncle,activating blood flow and resolving blood stasis,promoting diuresis and reducing jaundice,expelling stagnation and promoting defecation.The active ingredients include frangulic acid,rheic acid,chrysophanic acid,and sennoside.Due to varied processing methods,the targets and target syndromes are different.The mechanism of diabetes is complex and the treatment needs multiple links and targets.Dabuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei) can be used in the occurrence and during the development of diabetes,having broad prospect for the treatment of diabetes and its complications.The therapeutic effects of Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei) vary resulting from the changes of processing methods,so the application should be rationally based on syndrome differentiation.关键词
