肾炎防衰液对糖尿病肾病大鼠氧化应激的干预作用
Effect of Shenyan Fangshuai Formula（肾炎防衰液） on Oxidative Stress in Diabetic Nephropathy Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenyan Fangshuai Formula (肾炎防衰液,SYFSF) on ox idative stress in diabetic nephropathy rats.Methods:The rat model of diabetic nephropathy was established by uninephrectomy,high-fat diet feeding and streptozotocin (STZ) intraperitoneal injection.The model group was treated with SYFSF and irbesanan for 8 weeks,then determine 24 hours urine protein and blood biochemical index,the kidneys were stained with PAS and MASSON,serum malondialdehyde (MDA) and super superoxide dismutase (SOD),and the expression of NADPH p22phoxmRNA in renal tissue.Results:The SYFSF can reduce MDA express (P＜0.01),increase the content of SOD (P＜0.05),lower the expression of p22phoxmRNA (P＜0.05),reduce 24 hours urine protein (P＜0.01) and kidney pathological damage.Conclusion:SYFSF can relieve the oxidative stress response of diabetic nephropathy rats and play a protective role in the kidney of diabetic rats.关键词
