基于关联规则和复杂系统熵聚类的骨折术后中药熏洗方的用药规律研究
Analysis on Medication Rule in Herbal Fumigate-Washing Prescriptions for Postoperative Period of Fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the medication rule in herbal fumigate-washing prescriptions for postoperative period of fracture.Methods:Herbal fumigate-washing prescriptions for postoperative period of fracture were searched from Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP database,Wanfang database and Chinese Biomedical Database,from 2011 to 2016.We used Chinese medicine inheritance support system (TCMISS) to analyze the frequency,four natures,five flavors,meridian entry,plant classification of drugs,and the association rules between drugs.Results:Based on the analysis of 212 herbal fumigate-washing prescriptions,herbs used with high frequency were Honghua (Flos Carthami),Shenjincao (Lycopodium Clavatum),Tougucao (Tuberculate Speranskia Herb),Niuxi (Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae),Ruxiang (Frankincense),Weilingxian (Radix Clematidis),Haitongpi (Cortex Erythrinae),Moyao (Myrrh),Danggui (Angelica Sinensis),Guizhi (Ramulus Cinnamomi),Chuanwu (Aconitum Carmichaeli),Mugua (Fructus Chaenomelis Lagenariae),Aiye (Folium Artemisiae Argyi),Fangfeng (Radix Sileris),et al.Four natures of drugs were mainly consist of warmth and neutral.Five flavors of drugs were mainly consist of pungent,bitter and sweet.Meridian entrys were mainly consist of liver,kidney and spleen.Plant classification of drugs were mainly consist of Flos Carthami,Lycopodium Clavatum,Tuberculate Speranskia Herb,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Frankincense,Radix Clematidis,Cortex Erythrinae,Myrrh,Angelica Sinensis,Ramulus Cinnamomi,.were the most common herbal fumigate-washing prescriptions for postoperative period for fracture.Conclusion:The main principles of herbal fumigate-washing prescriptions for postoperative period for fracture is promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis and relieving pain,dispelling wind-damp and keeping main and collateral channels smooth,and enriching the blood.The key medition are Flos Carthami,Lycopodium Clavatum,Tuberculate Speranskia Herb,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Frankincense,Radix Clematidis,Cortex Erythrinae,Myrrh,Angelica Sinensis,Ramulus Cinnamomi.The key drug combination are Flos Carthami and Tuberculate Speranskia Herb.We emphasize the medication principle that the medicine should promote blood circulation for removing blood stasis and relieving pain,dispel wind damp and keep main and collateral channels smooth,remove and enrich the blood to promote the formation ofnew blood.关键词
