解毒祛风通络方治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿性关节炎的临床研究
Clinical Study on Jiedu Qufeng Tongluo Therapy（解毒祛风通络方）in Treatment of Dampness-Heat Blockage Type of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiedu Qufeng Tongluo therapy（解毒祛风通络方,JDQFTLT) in treatment of dampness-heat blockage type of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:120 patients with dampness-heat blockage type of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each.Control group took leflunomide tablets and aceclofenac tablets,research group took JDQFTLT and leflunomide tablets.The C-reactive protein (CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),interleukin-1 (IL-1),rheumatoidfactor (RF) levels and changes of clinical symptoms of two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:Compared with pre-treatment,the serum CRP,ESR,IL-1,RF levels and TCM symptom scores of two groups decreased,and above-mentioned indexes of research group were lower than control group (P＜0.05);The total effective rate of research group was 93.3％,significantly higher than 71.7％ of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Jiedu Qufeng Tongluo therapy for dampness-heat blockage type of rheumatoid arthritis can significantly increase clinical efficacy,relieve clinical symptom,promote body recovery.关键词
