Abstract
Objective:To explore the medication rule of TCM medicine treatment for early diabetic nephropathy base on literature.Methods:We searched and identified the clinical study literature in China Journal Full-text Database about early diabetic nephropathy so far since the selfbuilt database and established a database,using data mining (frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis) to discuss the medication rule of TCM medicine treatment,in order to guide the clinical medication.Results:The clinical study literature about TCM medicine treatment for early diabetic nephropathy included 104 prescriptions and 129 herbs,and the most commonly used drugs were deficiency-nourishing drugs,blood circulation drugs,heat clearing drugs,inhibiting-damp drugs and astringent medicinal.Medication was mainly sweet and bitter;and liver and kidney meridian tropism.Cluster analysis results showed that high-frequency selected herbs got four clusters of combinations.By using association rule analysis,the rule in pair of herbs were 17,and rule in group of herbs were 36 (three or four medicinal herbs).Conclusion:The medication rule of TCM medicine treatment for early diabetic nephropathy is that medication is mainly sweet and bitter,and liver and kidney meridian tropism;the core herbs are huangqi (Astragalus membranaceus),danshen (Salvia miltiorrhiza),shengdihuang (Rehmannia glutinosa) and so on.Clinical treatment is mainly supplementing qi and nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation for blood stasis,clearing heat and removing dampness.关键词
