辛开苦降法治疗萎缩性胃炎临床疗效的Meta分析
A Meta-Analysis of Acrid Oopening and Bitter Downbearing in the Treatment of Atrophic Gastritis Clinical Curative Effect
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of atrophic gastritis (AG) by acrid opening and bitter downbearing.Methods:We retrieved clinical randomized trials (RCTs) related to atrophic gastritis treated by acrid opening and bitter downbearing,from CNKI,VIP,CBM,Wan Fang Data,Pubmed and Embase and manual recourse related references.The included literatures were evaluated by the Jadad scale,and Revman 5.3 statistical software was used for data processing and Meta analysis.Results:Eventually into 13 RCTs,including 1,539 patients.The Jadad score of all the included RCTs were as follows:5 RCTs of 3 points and 8 RCTs of 2 points.Meta-analysis results showed that compared with control,acrid opening and bitter downbearing showed better clinical efficacy,gastric mucosa under gastroscope improvement,symptom integral and Hp clearance,with less adverse reaction and less side effects.Conclusion:The study showed that the acrid opening and bitter downbearing showed better clinical curative effect in the treatment of atrophic gastritis,but there still need to beouble-blind multi-center RCTs for further verification.关键词
