摘要
Abstract
With the deep carry-out of marine activities,further study of marine resources,and the vigorous development of oceanographic observation technologies both at home and abroad in recent years,the improvement of safety,routinization and standardization of ocean investigations had also been gradually raised.The paper,taking Ocean No.1's practical experience as an example, analyzed the differences,characteristics and safety-elements of the Spot sampling category,Tow class and Vessel-mounted class operations to explore to establish a more secure process of ocean investigation and general rules of emergency response.It is believed that further exploration and refinement of the process should be taken under different conditions,based on the ship,sea envi-ronment,operation types,equipment features and staffing and other actual conditions.As to sup-port investigation operations in an orderly,fast,safe and reliable manner,it should develop effec-tive voyage operations should be developed to adapt the above requirements.关键词
