海南省志愿船综合观测系统设计

Abstract
The observation made by voluntary observing ship is an important component of the marine observation system and the observation data of offshore,far from the sea and the ocean routes is an important supplement to the fixed observation site observation data blank area.In or-der to improve the ability of marine forecasting and warning,the integrated observation system of volunteer observing ship was built in 2016 in Hainan province.This paper mainly introduced the system architecture design,main observation equipment and system function,summarized the ad-vantages of the system,and put forward some suggestions on how to ensure the long-term stable operation for the observation system of the volunteer observing ship,which include striving for provincial financial special funds support,increasing the number of voluntary observing ships and observation elements,establishing and improving the management regulations and standard system of voluntary observing ship,and strengthening the construction of professional and techni-cal team.关键词
