The Construction of Online Monitoring System for Pollution Sources from River Estuary of Bohai Sea
摘要
Abstract
Based on the development of online monitoring systems at home and abroad,according to national policy,due to current pollution situation of Bohai Sea and the problems of our monito-ring system in service,this online monitoring technique is very necessary for research on the pol-lution sources of Bohai Sea.Through discussion on the appeared issues of a building online moni-toring system,a series of measures were suggested to be taken,such as establishing the standard system for online monitoring technique as soon as possible,encouraging non-government sectors to participate in research and development,top-level design by step and step,and enhancing talent team construction.The aim of this paper was to provide help and suggestions for the construction of online monitoring system for pollution sources of Bohai Sea.关键词
