稠李提取物对急性酒精性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用
Protective Effect of Extracts of Padus virginiana on Acute Alcoholic-induced Liver Injury
摘要
Abstract
The study was conducted to investigate the protective effect of the extracts of Padus virginiana (PVE) on acute alcoholic-induced liver injury in mice and its possible mechanism.The acute alcoholic-induced liver injury model of ICR mice was established.The levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),triglyceride (TG),malondialdehyde (MDA) Glutathione (GSH) and hematoxylin-eosin (H&E) staining were used to observe the pathological changes.The results show that PVE could reduce the content of ALT,AST,TG and MDA,increase the content of GSH,and obviously improve the fatty degeneration and necrosis of liver cells,indicating that PVE can reduce the acute alcoholic-induced liver injury by increasing the antioxidant capacity.关键词
