基于现代文献穴位敷贴治疗网球肘选穴用药规律分析
Analysis of medication rules of tennis elbow acupoint selection based on modern literature acupoint application

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application in the treatment of tennis elbow point selection and used traditional medicine, flavor characteristics, meridian rules and standardization, to provide theoretical basis for the compatibility of acupoints and the prescription of acupoint application.Methods To search the China journal full-text database through the computer (CNKI), Wanfang database (WF) and VIP database published clinical literature on the treatment of tennis elbow with acupoint application in the research achievements since the publication of the journal, frequency analysis in data mining is used to analyze the acupoint selection and drug use of acupoint application in the treatment of tennis elbow. A total of 68 literatures, including 12 points, 116 drugs.Results Statistical analysis showed that in the selection of acupoints, Ashi acupoint and extraodinary vessel are common, acupoint to acupoint type; in medication, Aconitum, monkshood, angelica, asarum are in the majority, wind-dmap-dispelling medicinal is mainly attributed to the liver, which medicinal property is acrid, bitter and sweet mainly.关键词
