透邪法在外感温热病中的应用
Application of expelling pathogen in exogenous febrile disease
摘要
Abstract
Exogenous febrile disease is caused by syndrome of pathogen invading lung-defense phase,which comes from fleshy exterior, starts from upper burner, if pathogen can not outthrust promptly or misuse, pathogen comes into interior, pathogenesis will come from superficies to interior, from the shallower to the deeper, from upper burner to lower burner, which leads to transmuted pattern of wind. Expelling pathogen method is commonly used in dryness-heat damaging the defense,yin deficiency and contraction disease, and wind-heat invading the lung, based on the pathogen, focus on the penetration, thus can play the role of soaking the pathogen, dispelling the wind and the action of blood, and it has the effect of raisingyin without stagnation, through pathogen and without injury. The treatment should pay attention to outthrust pathogen, disseminate and facilitate the qi dynamic to make way for pathogen, pathogen from the exterior, so as not to stay in the body. According to the progress of exogenous febrile disease, by expelling pathogen for symptomatic treatment, combing the TCM research progress, aims to provide reference for the treatment of witchcraft epidemic febrile disease of TCM.关键词
