寸口部妊娠脉分布特点的现代文献研究
Modern literature research on distribution characteristics of Cunkou pregnantpulse
摘要
Abstract
Objective To sum up the distribution and standardize the name of pregnant pulse on the basis of literature research.Methods Modern literatures from 1949 to 2015 about pregnant pulse were collected, and data-base was built by EXCELL software. The frequency and rate of symptoms were analyzed by SPSS18.0 software. Results There were 80 pregnant pulses collected in 47 papers and 32 pregnant pulses after term standardized. The top three pregnant pulses were slippery pulse, slippery and rapid pulse, thready and slippery pulse. Concurrent pulse were split into single pulse and the pulses which frequency≥10％ are slippery pulse rapid pulse, string pulse, thready pulse, fl oating pulse.Conclusion Pregnant pulse contains a variety of single or concurrent pulses. Different stage of pregnancy may be the main reason of its diversity.关键词
